Shipping and Returns Policy
Everything you need to know about how we ship your bag and what to do if you decide to return it.
1. Shipping Scope
Currently, we ship exclusively to the Peninsula. As we are an artisanal project taking its first steps, we want to ensure every package arrives in perfect condition before expanding our borders.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from receiving your bag, without need for justification.
3. How to make a return
To start the process, write to us at hola@elephantlove.es indicating your order number.
Product condition:
The bag must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, with its tags and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs:
According to current regulations, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You can send it via the courier company or postal service of your choice.
4. Refund
Once we receive the bag at our workshop and verify it is perfect, we will proceed to a full refund of the purchase amount within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
